I am very grateful to the Committee of the Shropshire Gundog Society for inviting me to judge Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers and English Springer Spaniels at their Open Show. The atmosphere at the show was second to none and I thoroughly enjoyed my day. I thank the exhibitors of both these lovely breeds for their sporting acceptance of my decisions.

| 1st | Golding KYMIN VA VA VOOM AVEC WHENOVA Lovely 7 month old bitch. Nicely made with good angulation. Moved extremely well for such a youngster. Has a good future ahead of her BP. |

| 1st | Burgess MELANITTA SINAMAY One I have judged before and liked. Well up to size 12 month old bitch. Good angulation front and rear. Moved well, keeping a level outline. |
| 2nd | Moult & Savory CROFTWELL TICKETY BOO 13 month old bitch, smaller than 1. Lovely head and in good coat. Good angulation, moved very well keeping a level outline. |
