| 2nd | Palfrey FLUSHPOINT WHATA ACCIDENT FOR MELANITTA SHCM VW (IMP SWE) near 10 years NSDTR, what a lovely example of this attractive breed which has really grown on me over the years. She is a quality bitch who belies her age being medium-sized and compact with good coat and feathering. Her head is very attractive and clean with well set eyes and ears and delightful expression. I was told afterwards by her owner that this placing gave her the last remaining points for her Veteran Warrant – Congratulations! She also told me that earlier in the year she had a life-threatening illness but survived against the odds and since her recovery has won a CC and RCC. These companions with which we have so much fun are so precious. |
