Having judged for close on 30 years I can honestly say this was one of my most pleasurable days judging. Not only was there quality throughout the whole entry but the atmosphere created by the exhibitors was a credit to the show world. Every class and every award was clapped and accepted with good grace. A big thank you to the Toller people, for reminding me what it was like when I first starting showing.

Minor Puppy Dog (6 entries, 1 absent)

1^st	Anstead RIVERWATCHER KILA Good start to the day. Lovely shape to this boy. Good head shape with correct eye, good neck and well placed shoulders, liked his top line when stacked, well angled behind, found him in good coat, a lighter colour than 2, moved well for a youngster, hope he doesn’t grow on too much more. BP
2^nd	Ward MELANITTA PALMATA Super head and expression, good ear carriage, liked his front assembly, good through rib, found him slightly bum high on the day although I’m sure it’s just a growth spurt, good angles to stifle, another who moved straight and true.

1^st	Rimmer & Phillips TIVALAKE YOU'RE THE TOP JW A class of three quality dogs who’ll swap places on a different day. 1 presented a lovely shape when stacked, found him in full winter coat, heavier head than 2, good eye and correct ear placement, clean neck and shoulders, deep well sprung rib and strong loin, loved his lines on the move.
2^nd	Adshead AFONBACH WINTER IS COMING JW Lovely head and expression, correct size and shape showing a level top line and strong hind quarters, just not the foot fall of 1 but still showing the correct amount of drive.
3^rd	Newson TIVALAKE LET'S MISBEHAVE JW

1^st	Burgess CAMUSMOR KING ROB Super head shape, good eye and correct ear carriage, well constructed shoulders and front, deep rib and short level back, well angled behind, correct coat although on the darker side, moved well with a good driving action.
2^nd	Bassil TIVALAKE MY LUCKY STAR Lovely head, strong neck and good shoulders, liked his shape and balance when stood, lovely flow to his rear. Good efficiency on the move but just lacking the oomph of 1.

1^st	Burchell & Scott TIVALAKE MAKE 'EM LAUGH JW Well schooled dog of excellent shape and size, good head and best of expressions, good front and deep well sprung rib, good top line, in good coat, strong loin and good angles behind, correct tail carriage both stood naturally and on the move, straight and true both going away and on the return.
2^nd	Wright ERIKACHEN DAITHI OF WRIGHTPAW JW SHCM A darker type than 1, good head shape with white blaze on foreface. Good eye, clean neck and good front, liked his shape when stacked, had a presence about him on the move, just preferred 1 on the day.
3^rd	Wakely RIVERWATCHER KAVIKSUK

1^st	Strevens SH CH ERIKACHEN CONAIRE AT TOLLISTY JW SHCM Lovely class, loved this dog the moment I saw him enter, although on the darker side everything about him screams Toller, fabulous head and best of expressions, good neck of correct length and best of fronts, deep well sprung ribs and level top line, strong loin and well muscled quarters, in best of coats, came alive on the move, super foot placement showing reach and drive, a pleasure to award him the CC and eventually BOB.
2^nd	Anstead MULTI CH RIVERWATCHER ATKA Another quality dog unlucky to find 1 in such form, loved his shape and type, not over the top in any way, correct head shape and good neck and shoulders, level top line, strong rear and again in good coat, moved well just lacking the precise footwork of 1. RCC.
3^rd	Harding & Whitehill GLENDERMACKI FOX CRAGG AT BRIZEWOOD

Veteran Dog (5 entries)

1^st	Burchell TIVALAKE JINGLE BELL ROCK SHCM RL2 On the larger size for me, good head shape and correct shoulders, well balanced when stacked, strong behind with a good turn of stifle, moved well, found him in good coat, would just like a little less of him all over, this didn't stop him taking a well deserved BV.
2^nd	Fielder PLAYING THE FIELDER AT CRETSHENGAN Finer in head than 1, would like a tad more upper arm for me, good rib and correct top line and strong loin, choppier in movement without the reach of 1.
3^rd	Reader EUSANIT VISIONS OF CHILLBRAV

2^nd	Dee MELANITTA CARELINUS Another who would benefit from a tad more upper arm, good head and neck, good through rib, slight rise over hind quarters unbalanced him, well muscled rear just not the clean movement of 1.

1^st	Johnson TARNLAIKERS PERFECT PINK When settled this bitch presented a lovely correct outline, sweetest of heads, of a good shape, good neck and front, correct level top line found her in good coat, liked her angles behind, settled enough on the move to show me her drive and correct footfall.
2^nd	Moult & Savory CROFTWELL TICKETY BOO Very close to 1, just pipped as I thought her eyes still need to darken slightly, although I wouldn't worry at this stage of her development, lovely shape to her, again another who moved well for her age.

Loved this bitch's type and shape, best of feminine heads, good eye colour, correct ear placement, best of neck and shoulders, deep in chest and well sprung, straight on the leg, strong loin and level in top line, best of coats, well muscled rear with a lovely turn of stifle, super fluid mover who didn't put a foot wrong, Well deserving of her class and eventually the CC.
2^nd	Sharpe TIVALAKE CRYSTAL BALL AT ROSETTIA Preferred type of 1 on the day but this doesn't distract from this bitch's qualities, slightly finer in type, super head, good front assembly, good rib and clean top line, good loin and super shape to rear, another effortless mover, handled well, just felt she was slightly lacking in coat of winner.
3^rd	Smith TIVALAKE ANYTHING GOES AT TOLLISTY

1^st	Newson TIVALAKE MORE THAN WISHES Spoilt in this class, a lovely bitch, correct shape and balanced when stacked, good head shape, clean through neck and good lay to shoulder, well sprung ribs and strong loin, well muscled quarters, good bend to stifle, held her top line on the move, and liked her lines both going and coming towards. Presented in good coat.
2^nd	Rogers TOLLYHIMMEL DRUNKUN DUCK Another of a good shape and size, expressive head with a good eye and correct ear placement, straight on leg and good ribs, strong loin and well angled stifles, just not the straight lines of 1 on the move.

1^st	Moult & Savory EUSANIT NAUGHTY BUT NICE FOR CROFTWELL JW Super class, both 1 & 2 fabulous shapes when stacked, nit picking towards the end, 1st had best of tollers heads with super expression and good ear carriage, strong neck set on well placed shoulders, straight front legs and correct amount of upper arm, good rib, deep and well sprung, level through top line and well muscled quarters, in best of coats, just pipped 2 on the move with her natural drive and straight lines coming towards. RCC.
2^nd	Westwood MULTI CH EUSANIT APPLE OF ONE'S EYE JW Another of good type, loved her size and shape, well balanced head and good body shape, correct coat with plenty of undercoat, strong rear angluation, good drive on the move but nit picking as she just didn't have the straight lines of 1 on the return.
3^rd	Burchell TIVALAKE COVER GIRL RL1

2^nd	Morgan REDAURORA COMET'S CHRISTMAS OF DELTANDAMBA Not the balanced head of 1, slightly shorter in muzzle, good shape to her when stood, good rear, just not the flowing movement of 1.

2^nd	Nevers TIVALAKE EASY TO LOVE A nicely balanced bitch who I feel could do with about an inch on her all over, finer in type than 1, balanced head with a good eye and ear placement, neat top line and well angled quarters, just not the overall movement of 1.
