Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at this very well organised show. I was very pleased with the super entry and would like to thank all the exhibitors for creating such a lovely atmosphere around the ring.
Puppy Dog (1 entry)
| 1st | Collins & Powley DANEHAVEN KOVIK Wedge shaped head and kind eye. Front straight and strong for one so young and displaying good bone. Level topline, carrying profuse coat of a lighter orange with slight wave. Makes a nice shape under the coat and shows potential. Showed well but hope he doesn't grow on. |

| 2nd | Wilson STACEARELLA NIMBUS Broad headed boy with black pigment and kind expression, wearing a wavy coat. Makes quite a nice shape overall but his lively nature tries to disguise this. Needs some more time, spirited on the move. |
| 3rd | Sheppard & Upward HWYADEN APOLLO Masculine head, although would prefer a slightly longer muzzle. Good bone and quite a nice shape overall, being fairly mature in body for his age. Disappointed by his bite and movement on the day. |
Post Graduate Dog (9 entries, 3 absent)
| 1st | Gibson ERIKACHEN CONLAOCH DEARG Liked the head proportions and expression on this boy. Straight front and tidy feet. Well presented straight coat covered his very well muscled body. Looked good in profile as balanced, both standing and moving, where he displayed confidence as he was well handled. Not as mature as his two brothers in the Open class and slightly lighter in build, but this did not detract from his overall quality and deserved his RBD today. |
| 2nd | Morgan ERIKACHEN O'RUADH FOR DELTANDAMBA JW SHCM Second to his less mature brother today, who pulled everything out of the bag to grab the 1st place. Similar in lots of ways to 1 but can tend to stand rather outstretched which can distort his proportions in profile. Nevertheless a quality dog with a very friendly disposition. |
| 3rd | Fuard TOLLELKIN BAY OF ICE Masculine head with black pigment, kind eye and good ear placement. Correctly balanced angulation front and rear, but he did not use this to advantage on the move today. He is capable of more power from the rear. Much less mature than 1 and 2 at present, although will be a strong contender as he matures. Well presented. |

| 1st | Wright ERIKACHEN DAITHI OF WRIGHTPAW JW SHCM Very nice wedge shaped head and friendly expression. Strong, well muscled neck leading to mature body with good spring of rib and deep chest. Strong dog with appropriate bone. Attractive and balanced outline showing off his beautiful thick, deep coloured, well conditioned coat. Moved out with confidence and well handled. Had the X Factor today. BD BOB |
| 2nd | Strevens ERIKACHEN CONAIRE AT TOLLISTY JW SHCM Litter brother to one and has much the same qualities but I found him less mature at present. Friendly expression but preferred the head proportions of 1. Balanced outline, showing lovely bone and strong topline, both standing and moving. Coat of dark red in good condition. Good muscle throughout, well angulated rear with parallel pasterns, moved well. A strong contender. |
| 3rd | Palfrey FOXDOWN BERTIE ALLSORTS SHCM Taller boy of nice type, correct coat in good condition. Looks good standing in profile. Preferred head type and movement of 1 and 2. |

| 2nd | Gibson ERIKACHEN ORLAITH DEARG Not quite as together as 1 yet (litter sister). Another one to watch. Very balanced outline for a dog of this age. |
| 3rd | Yates MELANITTA MILK AND HONEY Feminine head with sweet expression. Front still needs to tighten. Looks nice in profile and coat developing nicely. Front angulation not as strong as 1 and 2. Needs to move out a little quicker to show to advantage. |

Neat feet and carrying enough coat. Balanced with correct front and rear angulation ensuring she moved with good reach and drive and high tail carriage. RBB |

| 2nd | Ward FLUSHPOINT WHATA ACCIDENT FOR MELANITTA (IMP SWE) Classic, feminine head with well held ears when alert. Slightly smaller girl, but well balanced nevertheless. Mature body with good double coat. Looked good today. Sound mover but without the jaunty attitude of the winner today. |
