A veteran male at 10 years of age but showing the youngsters that he still has what it takes. A fabulous, thick, dense coat which adds to his quality. His tail did not stop gently waving throughout his time in the ring and he showed the jaunty, playful nature of a toller. Very good front and rear angulation with a nice deep forechest. Overall a very balanced dog with a lovely, free, ground covering movement today. Pleased to award him BOB.

Wow this 10 year old male still has the spirit of a puppy, playful and attentive to his handler. Starting to show some of the signs of age, being a little heavy over the shoulders. But as an overall picture showed a balanced and compact outline, and a good double coat. Correct head planes, would prefer a slightly smaller ear, but loved his cheeky expression, good depth throughout , good sweep to the stifle and a well covered tail which was ever wagging. Just gets better and better, has matured substantially since I last judged him and was in full gleaming double coat, very well feathered, expertly presented and handled, so attentive to his handler, well muscled and movement is absolutely superb, with his ideal body to leg proportion he simply propels himself around the ring with good tail carriage, cannot be ignored. Have admired this dog since he was a 6 month old puppy. Lovely shaped head, almond eyes with kind and intelligent expression. So well proportioned, everything I expect a Toller to be, fills the eye, shown in gleaming hard condition, super double coat, well feathered, good bone, tight feet and the icing on the cake he moves so very soundly with drive and reach coming and going with the classic Toller jauntiness, correctly carried tail and characteristic low head carriage. Just love him! Very worthy Best of Breed and shortlisted in the very strong Group.
