A mature 2 ˝ year old dog with deep red jacket and lots to like. Compact and powerful. Broad, balanced head with nice expression. Medium length neck leading into a good lay of shoulder and excellent rear angulation resulting in good drive. Lovely straight front. Deep chested, ribs well sprung. Strong back with level topline both standing and on the move. Thick double coat. Well feathered tail with lovely white tip. Moved well and handled beautifully. Pushed hard for top honours. RBOB.

2 year old slightly paler boy lacking the maturity of the winner – however there was much to like about him. He had a handsome head, alert ears and expression, correct bite. Decent length of shoulder and good return of upper arm. Level topline and sloping off over the croup to a well feathered tail which he used on the move. He is slightly longer than 1 but carried himself well on the move.

Has good width and depth to brisket, firm level topline and a good bend of stifle, has plenty of bone and tight round feet. Moved with reach and drive, unlucky to meet the class winner on the day.
