This was my 1st judging appointment for this breed and I would like to thank exhibitors for giving me such a super entry. There were 13 entries and 9 were exhibited which was a good entry. Certainly gave me plenty to choose from.
Junior Dog or Bitch (2 entries)
| 1st | Brown STELLENBOSCH JACQUES FROST BP. Rising 1 year old dog in super condition. Medium sized, compact. Correct clean cut skull, slightly wedge shaped. Good masculine head with medium sized almond shaped eyes with friendly alert expression. Ears were triangular, set high and well laid back on skull. Jaws strong with perfect regular scissor bite. Neck medium length and well set on to well laid back shoulders. Excellent depth of chest with well sprung ribs. Moved with a springy, jaunty stride. |

Wonderful head and eye with medium length neck set onto well laid back shoulders. Jaws strong with correct regular scissor bite. Deep chested with good spring of rib. Short back with level topline and moderate tuck up. Well muscled hind quarters with well bent stifles. Moved with a jaunty, springy stride. Pleased to see such a well proportioned bitch. Pushed hard for BOB. |

He stood out as soon as he entered the ring and did not disappoint. Was everything the breed should be medium sized, compact, powerful and well muscled. Clean cut skull, slightly wedge shaped. Medium sized, almond shaped eyes with friendly alert expression. Ears set high and well laid back on skull. Strong jaws with complete and regular scissor bite. Medium length neck on well laid back shoulders. Deep chest with well sprung ribs. Well muscled hindquarters. Moved with power with a jaunty, springy gait and in perfect balance. |
