| 1st | Elkin TOLLELKIN CAIFE AMERICANO SGWC just turned 3yrs d who immediately struck me as strong, compact & active so as to be built for his specific job & am assuming that the SGWC is proof of functional success; skull has some breadth with ears placed well back; friendly, almond eye; taper through flat cheeks; gd nostrils; strong neck; well angulated; pretty squarish & level; tight webbed feet; correctly set & feathered tail, carried prominently; moved parallel, with head down to be level with his back; double, relatively soft, coat; surely of CC quality? BOB. |
| 2nd | Strevens SH CH TOLLELKIN CAIFE GAELACH AT TOLLISTY litter sister getting in on the act & appreciated her foresaking the Stakes for the breed ring; she proved worth the wait; feminine head but with sharper taper; lacked a little in neck & forehand; all was spot on thereafter; beautifully bodied & coated; beautifully conditioned; ex structure being level & relatively short for her sex; thickly padded feet; functional coat & tail carriage; so balanced & active on the move with drive off a firm hock. |
