Firstly I would like to thank the exhibitors for braving the weather to attend this show and for the sporting way in which they received my decisions. I feel the breed keeps coming on in leaps and bounds and there is a definite raising in the level of evenness of quality and breed type in this breed, championship status can only be just round the corner.

Veteran Dog or Bitch (5 entries, 1 absent)

1^st	Burchell PALUDIC PLEASURE TRIP Good typey head, good fore chest, good bone and feet, well bent stifles, moved well. Best veteran in show.
2^nd	Strevens AQUACADIAN FLIN THE RED AT TOLLISTY Balanced outline, good bone and feet, moved well, preferred winner's head.
3^rd	Mortimore LYONHOUSE BASIL 13 years old and enjoying every minute of his day out, good front and feet, moved well for his age.

Puppy Dog (2 entries)

Close decision between two very promising puppies.

1^st	Brown STELLENBOSCH JACQUES FROST Good head and expression, balanced outline especially on the move, well-angulated front and rear, moved extremely well carrying his tail correctly, just preferred his head and tail carriage to 2. Best Puppy in Show.
2^nd	Hickman FALLOWFEN'S STAR OF PADS Good head and expression, good front and feet, like my winner moved extremely well. Reserve Best Puppy in Show.

Junior Dog (3 entries, 2 absent)

1^st	Smith DECOYMANS PIPER BLAZE Balanced young dog, good topline, well bent stifles, good ear set, moved well.

Novice Dog (2 entries, 1 absent)

1^st	Moossun ERIKACHEN ARDEN Of excellent type and conformation, much too good to still be in novice, excellent head and expression, well made throughout, good front bone and feet, in good coat, moved well. Reserve Best Dog.

Graduate Dog (4 entries, 2 absent)

1^st	Baker ERIKACHEN AONGHUS Typical in type, good head and expression, well angulated with well-laid shoulders, carried his tail well on the move, good topline, moved well.
2^nd	Parker & Dixon EUSANIT FIRE CRACKER Good topline, bone and feet, preferred winner's head and expression.

2^nd	Reader EUSANIT VISIONS OF CHILLBRAV Dog of good type, good head and expression, well angulated, good topline, very balanced on the move, just preferred winners head.
3^rd	Symons DANEHAVEN MUSHAMUSH Good head and expression, firm topline, good bone and feet, moved well, preferred shoulder placement on second placed dog.

1^st	Hibbs CORLITGOLD MINNINNEWAH OF TOLTEKO Eye catching dog, appealing head and expression, good front and feet, carried his tail well on the move, in good coat, full of himself, very animated on the move.
2^nd	Rogers EUSANIT TAKE IT EASY Another dog who was full of the joys of life, preferred winner's head, good fore chest, good top line, well angulated moved well.

1^st	Harding & Whitehill TREVARGH THE ENTERTAINER AT BRIZEWOOD Balanced dog, lovely head and expression, well laid shoulders, good topline and feet, in good coat, moved well. Best Dog and Best in Show.
2^nd	Westwood & Johnson CAN/IR SH CH LITTLERIVER'S COLONIAL BOY WITH TOLLYHIMMEL (IMP CAN) Appealing head and expression, balanced outline, good front and feet, pity about the coat, if he had been in better coat could have challenged my winner for the top spot, moved well.

Puppy Bitch (1 entry)

1^st	Riddle DANEHAVEN NAKINA Feminine baby girl, fine in head, but has time on her side to grow on, good front and feet, moved well.

Junior Bitch (2 entries, 1 absent)

1^st	Strevens DECOYMANS PIPER CINDER AT TOLLISTY Feminine head and expression, good front and feet, good topline, moved well, just a little short of coat.

Novice Bitch (7 entries, 4 absent)

1^st	Gibson ERIKACHEN AOIFE DEARG Won this class almost as soon as she came into the ring, lovely head and expression, good front and feet, balanced body shape, moved well.
2^nd	Boardman FALLOWFEN'S QUAINT MAPLE This bitch was full of beans, good head, good straight front and tight feet, good topline, moved well.
3^rd	Ward MELANITTA MORNING GLORY Lovely head and expression, in fact preferred her head to 2, but her front let her down, also very short of coat, moved well.

Graduate Bitch (9 entries, 6 absent)

1^st	Hanks DANEHAVEN PROSPECT AT LOUISELYN Balanced bitch, appealing head and expression, good topline, not the best feet in the world, just enough coat.
2^nd	Rice FOXDOWN BRODEUR AT TOLLERICE Good head, good feet and topline, moved well preferred winner's head.
3^rd	Mortimore FOXDOWN CECILIA Good head and expression, good topline and feet, preferred her head to 2 but her movement let her down, perhaps more roadwork would help.

Post Graduate Bitch (5 entries, 3 absent)

1^st	Ward FOXDOWN CHIQUITITA OF MELANITTA Feminine balanced bitch, feminine head and expression, well laid shoulders, good topline, carried her tail well on the move.
2^nd	Strevens DECOYMANS PIPER MAGGIE AT TOLLISTY Preferred winner's body proportions and head, I think this bitch would go better outside as her tail was down on the move.

Quality bitch, feminine head and expression, good front and feet, good topline, well angulated front and rear, very balanced on the move, carrying her tail well, although alone in this class, well worth her first prize. Reserve Best Bitch.

1^st	Gibson CAMUSMOR ANY DREAM ULDO FOR ERIKACHEN Super bitch, lovely head and expression, well angulated, good neck and shoulders, good straight front, nice tight feet, enough coat, moved extremely well, best Bitch, when challenging for Best in Show, just missed out by the smallest of margins.
2^nd	Mortimore FOXDOWN MY FAIR LADY Balanced bitch, well laid shoulders, in super coat, full of herself, moved well.
3^rd	Westwood & Johnson IR SH CH ALLIANCE DE LA VIE SO FANTASTIC WITH TOLLYHIMMEL (IMP NLD) Feminine bitch preferred heads on 1 and 2, balanced outline, moved well.
